Ever had a Pickle Back before? After much prodding from friends, this weekend’s adventure involved a shot of Jameson chased by a shot of pickle juice. I know, pickle juice. So weird! I had no desire of ever trying to figure out why my friends liked it, but finally caved. It definitely cools down the whiskey shot into what ends up being quite refreshing, but I wasn’t crazy about the pickle after taste. And I actually like pickles. This was just a little weird. Would I do it again? Sure, maybe. But would I order it on my own accord? Not so much.
