Yoyogi Park is one of the largest parks in Tokyo, within the neighborhood called Shibuya. This is a popular local hangout, especially on Sundays where you can find people playing music, dancing, practicing martial arts, etc. This Sunday was no exception- check out the cutest kid getting all rock ‘n roll with it!

Throughout the last 2 weeks I spent saying goodbye to friends in preparation for my trip, the word that always came up was “excitement.”

Attack of the Japanese Toilet!
Today, among the other things I experienced on my first day in Japan, I discovered the Japanese public toilet. Much to my approval, the Japanese are very neat and clean. I HATE using public restrooms, but I think I’m going to survive here.
